If you live in the Thunder Bay area, Northwest Ontario, Canada, you can have NetWarden visit your home or office. NetWarden can assess your computer/network security, provide consultation on how to improve your system, setup OS, software, tools, networks, peripherals.

• Assessment 25 CA$
  Check your system for existing threats (viruses, spy-ware, key-loggers), check patches are up-to-date, check existing protection software if any, and set system configuration for optimum security and performance.
   
• System Clean 50 CA$
  If any of the above threats are detected, patches need updating, protection software needs updating or installing and set system configuration for optimum security and performance. If customer agrees to System Clean, Assessment fee is waved.
   
• Quick System Restore 75 CA$
  If system has too many threats installed or unable to remove them all. This price if customer has valid restore disk or OS disk with ALL necessary drivers. Customer is responsible for completing any back-up before this procedure is performed. If customer agrees to Quick System Restore, Assessment fee and System Clean fee is waved.
   
• System Restore Plus 100 CA$
  If system has too many threats installed or unable to remove them all. This price if customer does not have a restore disk or OS disk with ALL necessary drivers, however customer must provide valid software license. If customer agrees to System Restore Plus, Assessment fee, System Clean fee and Quick System Restore fee is waved.
   
• Other Services
  Services not listed here that NetWarden performs is normally charged at 50 CA$ per hour unless an alternate compensation is agreed to by NetWarden and the customer.

Customer is responsible for completing any back-up before any work/procedure is performed. Due to the nature of most mal-ware, NetWarden will not be responsible for any data loss and/or corruption.
