Service: (Systems with Windows)

Rate:

• Check-Up 
  • Just a quick look (diagnostic) to make sure everything is ok.
    • Anti-Virus in place and working.
    • Anti-Spy-ware/ Anti-Ad-ware in place and working.
    • OS Patches up-to-date.
    • Firewall in place and working*.

• Immunization
  • Install or up-date Anti-Virus, check for and removal of Viruses.
  • Install or up-date Anti-Spy-ware/ Anti-Ad-ware, check for and removal of Spy-ware/ Ad-ware.
  • Download and install OS Patches.
    • Windows system; it is recommended that extra patches are installed ($10 ).
  • Install or up-date firewall if requested*

• System Reset/Restore 
  • Re-partition and format Hard Drive.
  • Install OS (must have license number or original disc).
  • Install drivers and configure system.
    • $30 discount if you supply ALL necessary drivers or ALL drivers are included within the OS install.
  • System Immunization $30 extra.
    • Windows system; it is recommended that extra patches are installed ($10 ).

• All Other Services
  • $60/h On site computer service if scheduled at least one full day in advance. ($30 minimum)
  • $80/h On site 'priority' computer service if NOT scheduled in advance. ($40 minimum)
  • All OFF SITE computer service (you bring to NetWarden) is 25% discount off listed prices.

YOU MUST HAVE ALL YOUR DATA ON BACK-UP!
NetWarden will not be held liable for lost or corrupted data.

Escalation of service: If for example you called for a Check-Up and it turns out your computer needs an Immunization service upon your approval the immunization service will be performed and you will be charged for the applicable immunization service rate only.

Canceled or re-scheduled service calls within one hour prior to service call may be subject to the minimum hourly charge.

There will be an extra charge if NetWarden has to use 'Dial-Up' or 'Cellular' internet to access drivers or resources to perform requested service.
